    Two of the main natural hazards that Croatia has are the forest fires, floods. With all of this climate change being the main factor of theses hazards occurrences. According to the   Climate knowledge portal   natural hazards for the country of Croatia they have been impacted by earthquakes 228,349 in the year of 2020. As to oppose to the year of 1996 with about 2,000 of them recorded.  Has had a severe split wildfire in July 2017. According to this article the split wildfire that occurred in July 2017 is a very good example of the wildfire-urban interface characteristics which includes the rapid growth and down slope spread to the coastal area that is populated. Just between 2001- 2021 Croatia has lost about 5.76 kha of the trees that where covering from fires and 81.9kha from all the other drivers loss.
