Coastal Erosion

 The coastline in Croatia is about 5,835 km, according to the data length is that it is artificially protected and also modified from the scares. The coastlines is mostly consisted of carbonate rocks. This is current situation that Croatia is at. 

                                                                                     
 

The Adriatic Sea is microtidawith a tidal amplitude between 0.22 and 1.2 m (5). Wave heights are usually between 0.5 and 1.5 m while wave higher than 5 m rarely occ

Their are a numerous amount of of gravel pocket beaches all the long of the coast. One of the main real hazards for the beaches are the projected sea-levels have rise and as well increased the storms. In the future for the coastal erosions for Croatia is that the sea-level rise is expected to rise at about 20 cm and 86 cm. If the sea-level where to 20 cm the Croatian coastal should not be affected by the erosion. All of the activities that where to happen will have a low impact on the economy.
